You have purchased a product and as soon as you open the package , you find that the product does not match your expectations? The product dimensions are different from what you imagined? The color is not like you had seen in the image on the site? Or is the printing different? Honestly it happens rarely. The descriptions of our products are detailed under each product. If an item ordered by you on merabubbly.com is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at info@merabubbly.com for a replacement. We will arrange to send you the replacement at our cost, on receipt of  the defective / damaged item from you. When you return your product, please indicate the reason for your return and send the same to the address below; you can also call us and notify us on the same. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.

All refunds are made in the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note that no exchanges are allowed for any reason whatsoever.

The buyer will provide to keep a correct storage and maintenance of the product and to check its conditions during periods of time in order to avoid damages.

Note on Storage: Store Balloons fully packed in a cool and dry place at a tempereature of about 25 degree C that should not exceed 30 degree C or go below 10 degree C. Avoid exposure to heat, humidity , artificial lights, UV rays, sunlight and as well as undue loads and compaction
